How It Works
1. Submit the request form
Who's sailing, roughly how many, the occasion, and when. Nothing is owed at this step — the form just starts the conversation.
2. Christine prices your sailing
She comes back with Royal Caribbean sailings that fit, real group rates, and what your group size earns in perks — in writing.
3. Place the deposit to hold the group
A deposit secures the work of building your group block. Once your group books its sailing, that deposit is refundable. If you choose not to continue or cancel before the group books, the deposit is not refunded.
4. Everyone books their own cabin
Each traveler reserves with their own deposit and payment plan — nobody fronts money for anyone else, and Christine handles every traveler one on one.
The deposit, in plain English
Organizing a private group block is real work before anyone sails, so a deposit is required to get started. After your group books its cruise, the deposit is refundable. If you choose not to continue with the group or cancel before booking, the deposit is not refunded.
