Services
Christine's Travel Escapes provides travel advisory services: trip planning, group cruise and group tour coordination, and booking assistance. Christine acts as an independent travel advisor affiliated with InteleTravel, the host agency under whose accreditation supplier bookings are processed. Travel services themselves (cruises, tours, hotels, flights, transfers, insurance) are provided by third-party suppliers under those suppliers' own terms and conditions, which you accept when booking.
Payments
Payments for travel are made to the supplier or through the host agency, as shown at the time of booking. Deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation or refund terms are set by each supplier and are provided to you in writing before you commit. Unless stated otherwise for a specific trip, planning advice is provided at no fee.
Prices and Availability
Fares, cabin categories, promotions, and availability are controlled by suppliers and can change until a booking is deposited and confirmed. Quotes are not guarantees.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates of birth, and citizenship details exactly as they appear on travel documents, and for holding valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for their itinerary. Requirements are the traveler's responsibility to meet, even where we help you understand them. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip and is offered at booking.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change penalties are set by each supplier and depend on the fare and timing. We will always tell you the applicable terms in writing before you pay a deposit, and we assist with any change or claim at no fee.
Limitation of Liability
Christine's Travel Escapes acts as a booking intermediary and is not the operator of any cruise, tour, or other travel service. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of suppliers, or for events outside our control, including weather, itinerary changes, or supplier insolvency. Our liability is limited to amounts paid to us directly for our own services.
