How It Works
1. Fill out the request form
Tell Christine about your group — the occasion, rough headcount, preferred timing, and what you want the journey to include. The form comes first; nothing is owed at this step.
2. Review the plan together
Christine comes back with itinerary options, realistic pricing, and dates. You'll see exactly what the trip looks like before anything is committed.
3. Sign the agreement and place the deposit
Before planning begins in earnest, you sign a simple agreement and place the deposit upfront. That deposit is refundable when your group's booking is successful — it is not refundable if you cancel or change your mind.
4. Christine builds the trip
Group flights, hotels, licensed guides, payment plans for each traveler, and support before, during, and after the journey.
The deposit, in plain English
Planning a custom group journey is real work, so a deposit is required upfront after you've filled out the form and signed the agreement. If your group's booking goes through, the deposit is refundable. If you cancel or change your mind before booking, the deposit is not refunded. The same policy applies to any personal group trip Christine plans from scratch.
